We will provide a rough estimate range of the project cost. If all aligns, we’ll propose a Project Development & Design Agreement.
Pre-Construction & Design
Upon finalizing the design agreement, we collaborate to create detailed designs based on the initial home visit. We can involve local architects, engineers, and designers if needed or work with your team. This phase includes developing drawings, assisting with material selections, offering cost estimates, coordinating subs and establishing a firm construction agreement.
